Hong Kong Techical Conference Call for Papers

Call for Papers for the 2023 Hong Kong Technical Conference:
We would like to remind you to submit your abstract for the Hong Kong 2023 Global Technical Conference, our awaited international conference this year. Submit your abstract of between 100 – 200 words today; the deadline is approaching soon on March 8th.
The Conference title is ‘The promise of 2050, when the Power is Clean and Global Travel is Electrifying’, and among other topics will address global energy issues such as the uncertainty of energy supply, renewable and decarbonization technologies, and advanced system design for flexibility and resilience.
Final acceptance of papers will be determined by peer review of the draft manuscripts and approval of final papers by the Review Chairs. If warranted by reviews, papers may also be recommended for publication in the GPPS journal.
Student paper competition will be held
You should indicate your participation during submission. To qualify for this exercise, a student must be the lead and presenting author.
The GPPS Technical Conference attracts interest from industry and academia and is considered a perfect platform for promoting your research to a global audience.
Authors have been invited to submit abstracts between 100 – 200 words related to the following topics:

- Combustor & Combustion
- Deposition, Erosion, Fouling & Icing in Gas Turbines
- Ducts, Nozzles, Exhausts & Component Interaction and Integration
- Energy Systems & Carriers
- Energy Transition & Renewables
- Heat Transfer
- Instrumentation, Control, Testing, Monitoring & Diagnostics
- Secondary Air System & Sealing
- Mechanics and Materials
- Supercritical CO2
- Thermodynamic Cycles for Power and Propulsion
- Turbomachinery Aerodynamics
- Turbomachinery Aeroelasticity
- Turbomachinery Unsteady Aerodynamics
Authors should submit an abstract of 100 – 200 words through the GPPS webtool, submission instructions can be downloaded here as PDF.
Final acceptance of papers will be determined by peer review of the draft manuscripts and approval of final papers by the Review Chair. If warranted by review, papers may also be recommended for publication in the GPPS journal.
One Author for each paper published in the Conference must attend to present. A registration fee is required.
All presented papers will be published after the Conference, with selected papers published within theGPPS journal after the event. In case of any issues regarding the submission process, please contact Ben Newton on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: Where applicable, approval of your paper by your associated company is often required.
Authors of the Hong Kong23 Technical Conference will retain the copyright for submitted papers published as Conference Proceedings.
