Sponsors can submit one A4 colour to be included in the Montreal26 event program. Deadline 10th August, 2026.

A4 ADVERT DIMENSIONS
Size 216 x 279 mm (plus 3mm bleed on all sides)

RESOLUTION
All non-vector artwork should be supplied at a minimum
of 300dpi.

FILE FORMAT:
Acrobat PDF file, EPS, TIFF, JPG.

COLOUR
Artwork should be completed and saved in CMYK process.

TYPE
All fonts used should be embedded (PDFs), converted to outlines (EPS, Illustrator) or flattened within the image.

Marketing Items for Welcome Package

Company Profile Text

Sponsor companies will have the option to include a short
profile text (35-40 words) in the event program and longer
(maximum 500 words) on the GPPS website.

Companies wishing to submit should send profile text
including preferred company link (URL) to Ben Newton
(see email below). Deadline 10th August, 2026.
