Paweł Stężycki started his career in 2002. He worked in engineering and managerial positions in GE Aviation and Aviation Systems. He supported aviation programs related to CF6, GP7200 and GE90 engines but also A350XWB. From March 2018 he is the Institute of Aviation in Poland General Director.
Paweł graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering with MSc. in Mechanical Engineering. In January 2018, he defended with honors a doctoral thesis related to the Mechanical Engineering.
Paweł is a board member of key Polish Aeronautics and Astronautics Associations and a member of international aviation organizations: EASN, ICAS and EREA. He is Poland representative to the ACARE.
