Workshop Day 2: Technical Considerations of LNG

LNG Workshop technical engineering overview

What are the challenges of LNG?

Join our LNG Workshop to gain an comprehensive understanding of the LNG Lifecycle

The second module of the workshop is aimed at providing an in-depth review of Technical Aspects of the LNG Lifecycle. From Liquefaction Plans to Shipping and finally the Gasification processes, this module will provide attendees a comprehensive overview of these related process stages.

Technical Considerations

Technical topics covered include Technical Aspects of LNG Liquefaction Plants, from design and development considerations to implementation with consideration to the latest appropriate Engineering Codes and Standards.

Greenhouse Gas Emissions from LNG

Next we address Shipping Liquefied Natural providing a comprehensive overview of the various options. As part of the shipping process we also address factors such as managing the Boil-off gas and minimising the Greenhouse Gas Emissions associated with LNG shipping.

Gasification of Liquefied Natural Gas

Completing the LNG Lifecycle, we look at the gasification of Liquefied Natural Gas. Looking at LNG gasification plant design, layout and required equipment. This will also include the current required codes and standards for modern plants.

Attendees who complete this module will gain a strong working knowledge in Technical aspects relating to LNG Lifecycles design and build, as well as methods to mitigate environmental impacts and optimise the optimal efficiency.
