Health and safety protocol against COVID-19

ETH Zurich main building, Switzerland, January 12th & 13th, 2022

The GPPS Forum22 will take place in person.*

All GPPS Forum22 speakers and attendees must be vaccinated. We will request proof of vaccination at the entrance to the event’s facilities. Read “How can I prove that I am vaccinated” for detailed instructions on which vaccines are recognized.

Although the ETH main building is publicly open, the event’s area entrance will be permitted only to the registered and vaccinated attendees. No access to the event’s premises for people showing signs of illness.

Contact tracing is mandatory according to the Swiss Covid19 regulations. Your contact information will be collected during the event. Please note that your contact information may be provided to the public authorities if necessary. The gathered data will be deleted after 14 days.

Health and Safety at the Forum

Masks must be worn at all times indoors, also when seated.

Measures governing hygiene (e.g., possibility of washing or disinfecting hands, regular cleaning of surfaces) will be implemented.

*    Please note that the Swiss government restrictions regarding traveling may apply. The latest information about traveling to Switzerland from your residence country can be found here.

The safety protocol is formulated on current Swiss Covid-19 regulations. Based on changes in Swiss state and federal Covid-19 regulations, we reserve the right to change or modify the Forum22 safety protocol at any time. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on the GPPS Forum22 website.
