Francis Bainier began his career in the gas sector in 1990, where he can put his multidisciplinary engineer training as a maintenance team manager at different gas storages.
After his maintenance experiences, Francis brings his field and engineering knowledge as a duty engineer at the national dispatching center.
After 12 years in dispatching, he joins the national maintenance center to manage the GRTgaz SOLAR turbine fleet.
Then, Francis takes the expert position to define policies in his area of competence. He also supports, assesses, and enhances their implementation.
At the same time, Francis Bainier has the opportunity to be implicated as an adviser in environmental projects as combustion emission, methane emissions, electricity production, bio-methane, and hydrogen. About H2, he has taken the position of leader of the working group “Compression station” of H2GAR (Hydrogen Gas Assets Readiness) since December 2020. And also carries out international expert missions (Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, Israel, UK, Germany, Australia, Morocco) and shares his knowledge through publications and patents.
