The Key Laboratory of High Altitude Simulation Technology is a national-level key laboratory supported by the Sichuan Gas Turbine Research Establishment of Aero Engine Corporation of China. Tightly centered around the technology development demand for advanced aero engines, the laboratory has been carrying out research on exploratory and innovative technologies for aero-engine development tests, with a focus on technologies for aero-engine high-altitude working environment simulation and aero-engine high-altitude performance/characteristic determination and correction. The laboratory is focusing on establishing a world-leading research platform for developing aero-engine high-altitude simulation technologies, talent development and sourcing, which in return has been supporting and promoting the development of high-performance aviation power products.
The Journal of Propulsion Technology (JPT) is a leading academic journal in the field of propulsion. Since first published in 1980, it has earned growing academic influence and reputation both in China and abroad.
JPT covers all disciplines in the field of propulsion, including aviation, aerospace and navigation. It is devoted to publishing both original papers and review papers written either in Chinese or English.
