This the the GPPS News for K2
This was truly an enjoyable event that would not have been possible without your strong support.
In 2019 the GPPS Executive Committee has decided to offer a New Format Event consisting of two days of Technical Conference followed by two days of the GPPS Forum, both taking place at the ETH Zurich, Switzerland at the beginning of the next year.
The GPPS Zurich 2019 technical conference announced its call-for-papers a couple of weeks ago. This fast-track paper submission asks for a letter of intent where the authors should indicate the subject and the title of their paper, they want to present at the conference.
Herewith we would like to inform you that the deadline for the submission of the letter of intent has been extended by two weeks. In order for us to conduct the review process more effectively, please submit the letter of intent by 16th July 2018 via our Webtool.
Further to extending the deadline we have issued additional submission guidelines which can be found below.
Authors should submit a statement of intent via the GPPS webtool. This should specify Track, Authors, Title and Keywords. At this stage uploading an extended abstract or draft paper is not required. Final acceptance of papers will be determined by peer review of the draft manuscripts and approval of final papers by the Review Chair. If warranted by review, papers may also be recommended for publication in an associated journal.
One author for each paper published in the conference must attend to present. A registration fee is required.
All presented papers will be published preceding the forum, with selected papers published within the GPPS associated journal after the event.
