Philippe Mogilka

Philippe Mogilka is a French engineer graduated from ENSEEIHT and ISAE engineering schools, Toulouse (France).

He joined the Aerodynamic Engineering department of Airbus in 1990 where he has been performing aircraft propulsion installation wind tunnel tests during 8 years. He has also been in charge of aerodynamic propulsion projects during this period.

In 1998, he joined the A340-500/600 program team to take the position of deputy to head of Propulsion Integrated Team. After the entry into service of the Aircraft in 2002, he participated to the A350 launch and in particular to its propulsion technical definition and contract. He contributed also to A320neo launch and advanced propulsion projects.

He has been nominated Propulsion Technology Senior Expert and is now active in the definition and follow-up of future Propulsion systems and associated research activities in Airbus.
